  • I have a problem

    I have a problem and I don't know what to do and, who can help me. The first and easyest thing to do is to read the Ulimit F.A.Q 90% of all the common issues have an answer in this document. If after you have read twice the F.A.Q you still can solve your problem you can send an email to support@ulimit.com.

  • Who can subscribe

    Anyone wishing to have a personalized domain name.
    You should communicate this domain name to everyone (friends, customers...). ULIMIT.COM will redirect the emails and HTTP requests sent to your domain name onto your home page or personal mailbox, regardless of who your service provider is.

  • How can I change my domain name preferences

    To change your domain name preferences, such as your password, the redirection URL or forwarding email address, you must have already created and confirmed your domain name.
    Go to the Members section where you will find forms to change your preferences.

  • I have forgotten my password

    Don't panic! Go to the Members section where you will find a form to enter a new password. However, you must know your domain name's activation code. This code was sent to you via email when you created your domain name.

  • I have forgotten my password and I have lost the activation code

    Your system has crashed and you have lost all your email archives. Don't panic! You may still obtain a new password. However, for security purposes, the procedure is a little more complex:
    You must write to problem@ulimit.com and give as much information as possible regarding your account. This would include: date of creation, the name and firstname associated to the account, the forwarding email address... You will receive your new password within a few days. Be patient! Those requests are processed manually.

  • I can't activate my domain name

    If when you confirm your domain name, the system replies with an "incorrect activation code" error message, check that you did not make any typing errors in spelling your login or your activation code. Check that you used upper/lower cases where needed, and that there are no spaces before and after the activation code.
